The 34th annual National Nutrient Databank Conference will be held Monday through July 14 at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks.
Professionals from government, academia and the food industry will meet to discuss research methods to acquire, evaluate, compile and disseminate composition data on foods available in the United States.
