Slow-Cooker Pork Chops
4 center-cut pork chops, fat removed
1 small onion, diced
1 10¾-ounce can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1 cup chopped cabbage

1 quart sauerkraut
4 small potatoes
3 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all of the ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or until meat and potatoes be fork-tender.
Yield: Serves 4.
