Grand Forks County is sponsoring a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday on the sixth floor of the county office building, 151 S. Fourth St., Grand Forks.
December is usually one of the busiest times for Altru Hospital patients to receive blood transfusions, said Mark Jensen with the Dak Minn Blood Bank in town.
Visit anytime during the blood drive or make an appoint at (701) 780-5330.
Parking is available on the third floor of the parking ramp by the county building.
