EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. — An East Grand Forks mosque is hosting an evening dinner and discussion event focused on inclusion, Saturday, May 18.

The Al-Huda Islamic Center, 1401 Central Ave., plans to open its doors to everyone 8 p.m.

It's the middle of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, and the Islamic center's chairman hopes the greater Grand Forks area can learn more about their faith.

“All the community, they're coming together in the neighborhood to learn (about) each other, to learn their cultures, to learn what we do with Islam,” said chair Abdirisak Duale.
