Grilled Steak with Garlic Cilantro Sauce

1 cup packed cilantro leaves

6 garlic cloves

½ cup Nakano Seasoned Red Wine Vinegar Italian Herb

¼ cup olive oil

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

4 New York steaks (about 6 ounces each)

Use food processor to finely mince cilantro, garlic. Add vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper to food processor; pulse several times (or combine in bowl with cilantro, garlic). Set aside. Season steaks with salt, pepper to taste. Grill, broil or saute steaks to desired doneness. Drizzle sauce over steaks.

Yield: Serves 4.
