Surprise your children by putting an international twist on their school lunch sandwiches.
Greek Hero
2 French rolls
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

6 slices smoked turkey
8 slices salami
1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
2 ounces feta cheese
2 tablespoons pickle relish
Cut open the French rolls on one side leaving the other side intact so it resembles a clamshell.
Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll and the whole grain mustard on the top half.
Layer the turkey and salami on the bottom part of each roll and then top some lettuce, cheese and pickle relish.
