It's Christmastime again, and there's nothing like music and festive activities to put you and your family in the holiday mood.
Here are a few local events that are sure to brighten up your season:
Messiah Sing-Along
The Grand Forks Master Chorale presents the Messiah Sing-Along at 8 p.m. today in St. Michael's Catholic Church, 524 N. Fifth St., Grand Forks. The event features the Master and Community chorales and "anyone else who would like to sing along," said Dean Jilek, artistic director. The Dickinson, N.D., native is UND's director of choirs.
"It's a community-welcome event for anyone who desires to sing-it doesn't matter how good you are-with the Chorale and an orchestra," he said. "It's a festive time to sing."
