-- Tonight in Grand Forks: Heatbox will return to perform in Grand Forks at 10 tonight in Crosstown Lounge. He currently is pushing his brand-new album, "System," has been opening for Buckethead in Milwaukee and Madison, Wis., and will tour with That 1 Guy through the Northeast, Canada and Northwest in November. Show time: 10 p.m. Wednesday. Tickets: $5; must be 21 or older. Thursday in Crosstown: The Quarterly, 10 p.m.

UND Recital

-- Friday at UND: Soprano Regina Zona and pianist Susan Tang will present a voice recital of Romantic and American masters at 8 p.m. Friday in the Campbell Recital Hall, UND Hughes Fine Arts Center, Grand Forks. Zona is an assistant professor of music at University of Minnesota-Duluth; Tang is assistant professor of piano at UND. Tickets: Adults, $5; children and students, $3; family of four, $12.

-- Opening Thursday in Mayville, N.D.: Mayville (N.D.) State University Theatre Department will present "Bingo! A Winning Musical" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 3 p.m. Sunday. About the show: The musical centers on three pals who have driven through a terrible storm in the name of their weekly obsession -- bingo. Between the number-calling, strange rituals and fierce competitions, love blossoms and long-lost friends reunite.
