- Sunday on Public Radio: An edition of "Why?", a UND-based Prarie Public Radio show taped earlier this summer in New Rockford, N.D., in front of a live audience, will be broadcast at 5 p.m. Sunday on 89.3 FM in Grand Forks and other Prairie Public radio stations. About the show: "Why?" was developed and is hosted by UND philosopher Jack Russell Weinstein, founder and director of the Institute for Philosophy in Public Life.
