The UND Violin and Viola Studio and UND Chamber Orchestra will present a string chamber recital at 4 p.m. Sunday at Josephine Campbell Recital Hall at the UND Hughes Fine Arts Center, Grand Forks.
Admission will be $6 for adults, $3 for students/senior citizens; $12 for a family pass (two adults and two children); and free for persons with a military ID.
The audience can expect an afternoon of beautiful chamber music for strings performed by UND faculty, students and prospective students as part of a series of concerts introducing the UND Student String Quartet 2010 Project, a news release said. The program will feature:
- Dvorák "Terzetto for two violins and viola in C major, Op;. 74," with Alejandro Drago and Joel Tosta Alarcón on violin and Gerald Gaul, viola.
- Mozart "Quartet in B-flat major K. 458, 'The Hunt'," with Alejandro Drago and Joel Tosta Alarcón, violins; Bruno George Vaz da Silva, viola; Austin Soderstrom, cello.

- Schubert "Trio No. 2 for violin, viola and cello in B-flat," with Joel Tosta Alarcón, violin; Bruno George Vaz da Silva, viola; Austin Soderstrom, cello.
- Brahms "Sextet No. 1 in B-flat major Op. 18," with Alejandro Drago, Joel Tosta Alarcón, violins; Gerald Gaul, Bruno George Vaz da Silva, violas; Naomi Welsh, Austin Soderstrom, cellos.
