Sheryl Crow to play Moorhead's Bluestem

MOORHEAD - Singer/songwriter Sheryl Crow is the latest act to book a gig at Bluestem Center for the Arts, the south Moorhead home of Trollwood Performing Arts School.

The singer/guitarist plays the Imagine Amphitheatre July 18.

After breaking out in 1994 with the hit "All I Wanna Do," Crow went on to score with "If it Makes You Happy," "Soak up the Sun" and "My Favorite Mistake."

She's touring behind the 2010 release "100 Miles from Memphis" and the single "Summer Day."

This will be the pop star's first Fargo-Moorhead appearance. She played WE Fest in 2007.

Other Bluestem concerts this summer include the Moody Blues on June 8, Alice Cooper on Aug. 7 and George Thorogood on Aug. 16.

Tickets for the show are $79 for reserved seating, $59 for general admission and $39 for general admission lawn spots. Tickets go on sale at noon on June 3 at Tickets300 at www.jadepresents.com or (701) 205-3182.
