Marilyn's NYC grand finale: Yes, but is it a 4-star rest room?

Today is the grand finale for Marilyn's New York City adventures: She's going on CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" and dining one of the city's top restaurants.

Today is the grand finale for Marilyn's New York City adventures: She's going on CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" and dining one of the city's top restaurants.

The Herald columnist will start the day with some interviews, including with the Wall Street Journal, where her son Bob Hagerty works. There's a possibility he'll make a cameo by Skype, according to Ryan Babb, her personal assistant for the trip.

Kimberly Chou, a writer with the Journal, tweeted Wednesday night: "May have to come into the office early for this one."

The media storm has kept Marilyn busy and she's had to turn down interviews for lack of time.

Sometime between noon and 2:30 p.m., she's expected in the studio with Anderson Cooper. A "field segment" from a New York City restaurant was shot the previous day.

Marilyn has a bit of free time to see the city in the afternoon before a fashionably late dinner at Le Bernardin at 8:30 p.m.

Le Bernardin is a celebrated seafood restaurant that boasts a maximum three star rating from the Michelin Guide, one of only seven restaurants in New York City, and a maximum four star rating from the New York Times.

Le Bernardin has been open since 1986 and has held those four stars since.

Yes, it's one of those restaurants that require a jacket in the dining room. But, as always, Marilyn is expected to check the rest room for cleanliness.
