It will be a bling-bling Mother's Day at North Dakota Museum of Art as it hosts the fifth annual Antique to Chic jewelry sale and raffle to benefit children's educational programs in the museum.
The sale will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday. All are welcome to browse a unique collection of costume and vintage jewelry, accessories and more. Admission is free. Prices on the items will begin at 50 cents, and there will be music and refreshments.
This year's raffle items are a gold, diamond and sapphire necklace donated and created by Corey Schullo and Mike Zhorela of River City Jewelers, a beaded ribbon necklace created by Dianne Paulsen, a sterling silver pendant made by Donovan Widmer and many more artworks, jewelry and gift certificates from our community supporters.
Raffle tickets may be purchased for $5 before or during the event at North Dakota Museum of Art, located on the UND campus. The drawing will be at 5 p.m. Sunday. Ticket holders need not be present to win.
