FARGO - Hoak Media and Dish Network have reached an agreement to return programming from channels 4 and 11 to local subscribers, KVLY/KXJB head Jim Wareham confirmed Tuesday night.

Dish Network pulled the local signals on June 6 after the two sides ended retransmission negotiations. Wareham said disagreements over contractual language were to blame for the impasse.

Wareham could not immediately provide additional details regarding Tuesday night's agreement. A call to Dish Network spokesman Aaron Johnson was not returned.

The Forum and the Herald are both owned by Forum Communications Co.
