MOORHEAD - Rock bands Modest Mouse and Breaking Benjamin will perform at the Bluestem Center for the Arts, promoter Jade Presents announced Tuesday.
Indie rock group Modest Mouse released its sixth album, "Strangers to Ourselves," last year. The band will perform at 7 p.m. Sept. 15. Tickets are $29.50 to $49.50.
Breaking Benjamin will perform at the Bluestem at 7 p.m. Sept. 29. The band returned after a six-year hiatus with its fifth studio album, "Dark Before Dawn," last summer. Tickets for the concert are $36.50 to $46.50.
The shows were added to an already busy lineup for Dakota Magic Presents: 2015 Bluestem Summer Concert Series brought to you by Forum Communications.
Grace Potter and Jessica Lea Mayfield are next on the schedule with a July 19 show. Other Bluestem summer concerts include: Primus with Dinosaur Jr. on Aug. 8; Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo with Night Ranger on Aug. 12; American Authors and Andy Grammer on Aug. 14; the Happy Together Tour on Aug. 30; Merle Haggard with Kris Kristofferson and Sturgill Simpson on Sept. 6; Hairball on Sept. 11; and John Prine on Sept. 16.
