"Can I See Your I.D.?: True Stories of False Identities" by Chris Barton. This book contains 10 vignettes that offer insight into mind-blowing masquerades. Graphic panels draw you into the exploits of these pretenders, and meticulously researched details keep you on the edge of your seat. Each scene is presented in the second person, a unique point of view that literally places you inside the faker's mind. With motivations that include survival, delusion, and plain, old-fashioned greed, the psychology of deception has never been so fascinating or so close at hand.

"Real Change" by Newt Gingrich. Gingrich explains what he believes is wrong with our country and how to solve America's problems. In this no-holds-barred assessment of American politics, Gingrich approaches our nation's problems with a private-sector mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit, offering commonsense solutions for the issues of today and the challenges of tomorrow.

"The Complete Book of Running" by Amby Burfoot. Packed with valuable advice from running's top experts on everything from building strength, speed and endurance to nutrition and injury-prevention, "The Complete Book of Running" is the book you'll turn to again and again to answer all of your running questions.

"Babes, Booze and Biceps" by Paul C. Slayback. This book picks up right where the author's first autobiography left off, in the fall of 1952. At the age of 14, he was shuttled from Duluth, Minn., to Lansing, Mich., while his father headed to Florida. Left in the care of his married older sister, his heart is broken when his father abruptly tells him to "learn to be happy on your own." This does not set the tone for the remainder of the memoir. Instead, the author was resilient, throwing himself into a quest for happiness and contentment. Overall, Slayback relates his adventuresome life with gusto and reflection. A delightful second memoir that's more engaging and contemplative than the first.
