The University of North Dakota is listing a residential development lot for sale at 421 Princeton Street Grand Forks, ND for the construction of a new fraternity house. The lot face is 160 feet by ~140 feet deep. The sale terms would include all terms outlined by SBHE policy and North Dakota Century Code. The sale price will be at a minimum appraised value.
