[1] YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED TO APPEAR personally before Lolita Hartl Romanick, Judge of the District Court, in the Grand Forks County Courthouse, 124 South 4th Street, in the City of Grand Forks, County of Grand Forks and State of North Dakota, on the 24th day of February 2020, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the parties can be heard, for the purpose of hearing the Petition made and filed with this Court, alleging said child to be subject to the provisions of the Uniform Juvenile Court Act (Chapter 27-20 of the North Dakota Century Code).
[2] If you fail to appear personally before the Court at said time and place, or to show good cause why you cannot do so, the Court will make such Order as may be appropriate and you may be proceeded against for civil contempt.
