NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing on the application in Case No. PU-20-433 is scheduled to begin June 10, 2021 at 8:15 a.m. CDT in the Commission Hearing Room on the 12th Floor of the State Capitol, 600 East Boulevard Ave, Bismarck, North Dakota 58505.
On October 30, 2020, Northern States Power Company (NSP) filed an application for an advanced determination of prudence for an agreement to purchase energy generation from a 200-megawatt energy facility (Heartland Divide II wind energy facility).
The issue to be considered in this matter is whether NSP should be granted an advanced determination that the proposed resource addition is prudent.
