NOTICE OF EXECUTION SALE
1. Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Judgment and Decree in foreclosure rendered and given by the District Court in and for the County of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Northeast Judicial District, entered and docketed in the office of the Clerk of said Court on the 14th day of November, 2019, in an action wherein James Simpson, III, aka James E. Simpson, III; Stephanie Simpson; DCI Credit Services, Inc.; the State of North Dakota, acting through the office of the State Tax Commissioner, were the defendants, in which decree it was adjudged that there was due and owing to the plaintiff upon said mortgage indebtedness, the sum of One Hundred Twenty-four Thousand, Four Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars and 52/100 ($124,429.52) plus interest from November 6, 2019; by virtue of a writ of Special Execution to me issued out of the office of the Clerk of said Court, I will sell said property described in said Judgment and hereinafter described to the highest bidder for cash at public auction, at the front door of the Courthouse in the City of Grand Forks, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, on the 14th day of January, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. and on that day, to set aside the amount due to plaintiff with accrued costs as of the date of sale, or so much thereafter as the proceeds of said sale applicable thereto will satisfy.
2.The premises to be sold as aforesaid are located in the County of Grand Forks, State of North Dakota, described as follows:
Lots Four (4) and Five (5), in Block One (1), Replat of R & M Subdivision #2 in the SE¼ of Section 4, Township 151 North, Range 52 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Oakville Township, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the County Recorder within and for Grand Forks County, N.D., and recorded as Document No. 370432.
