RESOLUTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A STORMWATER RETENTION POND EASEMENT OF LOTS 2, 3, AND 6, BLOCK 1, MAIER'S THIRD ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the city council for a vacation of all those parts of Lots 2, 3 and 6, Block 1 of Maier's Third Addition to the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota, more particularly described as; the east 20 feet of the south 85 feet of said Lot 2.

RESOLUTION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF A STORMWATER RETENTION POND
EASEMENT OF LOTS 2, 3, AND 6, BLOCK 1, MAIER'S THIRD
ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the city council for a vacation of all those parts of Lots 2, 3 and 6, Block 1 of Maier's Third Addition to the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota, more particularly described as; the east 20 feet of the south 85 feet of said Lot 2. The west 30 feet of south 85 feet of said Lot 3 and the west 50 of the east 520.75 feet of the north 85 feet of said Lot 6. The total area of all 3 parcels is equal to 8,500 square feet, more or less. (50'x170')
WHEREAS, notice thereof has been published in accordance with the law, and a hearing has been held thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the city council of the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, that the hereinbefore described property as shown on the attached map which is by reference made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby vacated and discontinued.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the city auditor publish this resolution as provided by law.
