PUBLIC NOTICE The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from the Red River Regional Council for renovation of an existing building, to be called 532 Hill, at Grafton, Walsh County, North Dakota. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, EDA is conducting an environmental assessment (EA) of the proposed project. The project includes the development and construction of a business incubator and commercial kitchen space in a vacant 10,000 sq. ft. building on Grafton’s main street. The project will be located at 532 Hill Avenue, Grafton, North Dakota.
