PUBLIC NOTICE
The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from the City of Grand Forks and Grand Forks Growth Fund, a JDA, to construct a Tech Accelerator in Grand Forks, Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, EDA is conducting an environmental assessment (EA) of the proposed project.
The project involves the interior rehabilitation of the former Grand Forks Herald building to serve as a workforce and tech development hub. The project is located at 375 North 2nd Avenue, Grand Forks, ND 58203. Project information is available for review at the Planning & Community Development Department, 2nd Floor City Hall, 255 North 4th Street, Grand Forks, ND, 701-746-2661.
