NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF 0 K ENTERPRISES OF THIEF RIVER FALLS, INC.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that OK Enterprises of Thief River Falls, Inc., a Minnesota corporation with registered office of 5550 1st Ave. N., Grand Forks, ND 58203-2502 is in the process of dissolving pursuant to Minnesota law.
I. A Notice of Intent to Dissolve has been filed with the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State on July 31, 2020.
2. Written claims against O K Enterprises of Thief River Falls, Inc. should be addressed to Grant H. Shaft, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 5495, Grand Forks, ND 58206-5495.
3. All claims by creditors or claimants must be received on the later of ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or, ninety (90) days after the date a creditor or claimant received written notice to creditors
