Notice to the public is hereby given that the city council proposes to amend the Street and Highway Plan of the city of Grand Forks to include the public rights of way shown as dedicated on the Plat f Kings View Eighth Resubdivision to the city of Grand Forks, ND (located on the 600 block of South 14th Street).
Pursuant to Section 40-48-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, notice is hereby given that on the _21st_ day of _December_, 2020, in the council chambers in the City Hall in the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota, at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m. a public hearing will be held by the city council of the city of Grand Forks, at which time all citizens and interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard upon the afore-mentioned proposal.
