THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Grand Forks Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 8, 2021 at 10:30 AM by "Video Mtg" and in person in room A102, to consider the appeals below.
Members of the Grand Forks Board of Adjustments may be attending this meeting electronically or telephonically. This meeting will be conducted with social distancing modifications consistent with the recommendations of the CDC.
Any member of the public seeking to submit comments relating to an Agenda item or public hearing should submit their comments to Bev Collings at bcollings@grandforksgov.com or call 701-746-2639 for further information. All comments received prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting day will be considered part of the record of the meeting as if personally presented.
David Nord, 1130 N 5th St., has made a request for variance to the parking yard setback & yard requirements [Sections 18-0302 & 18-0304 of the Land Development Code] in order to pave parking. Legal Description: Lots 2 & 4, Block 49 of the Alexander & Ives Addition.
Ross Huebner, 6549 16th St. SE, has made a request for variance to the side yard setback & yard requirements [Table 18-0206(5) of the Land Development Code] in order to construct a pool/storage building & pool. Legal Description: Lots 2 & 3, Block 1 of the Charlson Addition.
Kathy Feist, 1126 So. 11th St., has made a request for variance to the accessory building & front setback requirements [Sections 18-0305 & 18-0209(8) of the Land Development Code] in order to construct a carport type accessory structure. Legal Description: Lot 7, Block 2 of the Gustafsson's Addition.
