APPLICATION FOR
PROPERTY TAX INCENTIVE
PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES
Notice is hereby given that the city council of the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota, will meet at 5:30 p.m. on October 21, 2019 at Grand Forks City Hall to consider the application of ISS HC LLC, 1551 S 28th Ave, Suite L, Grand Forks, ND, for property tax incentive for new or expanding business and Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) of 5 year declining exemption for a proposed project (new construction of an 80' x 240' x 20' industrial warehouse with 3 bathrooms, (4) 14' x 14' overhead doors, 6" concrete floors. Lot size is 264' x 825', to be located at 2201 N 39th St, (Lot 1 Block 1, Korynta Second Addition, Grand Forks, ND))
Individuals may appear and be heard by the Grand Forks City Council at the time and place designated herein, and may provide written comments to the governing body before the scheduled hearing.
