McGough Construction & Construction Engineers on behalf of University of North Dakota will be taking proposals for the UND Memorial Union Bid Package 3 - Weather Barrier and Waterproofing until 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Electronic bid documents will be available Wednesday, October 2, 2019. For project information, prequalification, or to receive access to bid documents contact: Jeremy Cossitt at jeremy.cossitt@mcgough.com. This bid package is for the following scopes of work: Exterior Wall Weather Barrier and Foundation Water Proofing. Foundation Water Proofing is planned to start October 2019. Weather Barrier planned to start Spring of 2020.
