ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of Grand Sky Development Equipment Storage Building Project will be received by Grand Sky Construction Company at 158 South Seguin Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130 until 2:00pm CST on 26 April 2021. Bids may be submitted electronically via email to gerkenb@grandsky construction.com, provided that the original paper Bid Documents are received at the address provided within 48 hours of the email submission. Bids will be opened privately.
The Project consists of a PEB or Light Gauge Steel building approximately 60' wide by 140' Long and associated site work and pavement. 25% drawing will be provided. Selected contractor will be required to complete the design prior to constructing the Building.
Electronic copies of Bidding Documents will be available April 2nd and may be obtained from Grand Sky Construction Company by written request to gerkenb@grandsky construction.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Grand Sky Construction Company.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
