The Board met pursuant to adjournment with Commissioners Engen, Knauf, Pic, Falck and Rost present.
Gracie Lian, Administrative Services Intern, presented the 2019 Grand Forks County Capital Improvements Study she conducted, see attached. She will send the full report to the Commission by the end of the week.
Commissioner Falck thanked Ms. Lian for her report; he said it is a grim but realistic report. He said the Commission is going to have to decide how we are going to move forward with all the needed capital improvements.
Commissioner Pic said we have to develop a capital improvement plan for these big projects; we cannot prolong it any longer.
The Commission thanked Ms. Lian for her excellent report.
Moved by Rost, seconded by Falck, to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 3:07pm.
