The Meeting was called to order on Zoom by Mayor McLean. The minutes of the last meeting were read. Jo Lynn motioned and Kayla seconded to approve the minutes as read. Passed/no dissent. The Financial Statement was reviewed. Kayla motioned and Emily seconded to approve the statement as presented. Passed/no dissent. Current bills were presented, Emily motioned and Jo Lynn seconded to pay the bills. Passed/no dissent.
Old Business:
•New warming house is here. M/S by Scott and Jo Lynn to purchase new heater and door locks for house. Passed/no dissent.
•Coulee update, work will begin soon.
•Main street tabled till December meeting.
New Business:
•M/S by Kayla and Jo Lynn to put and in paper for bids on mowing the park and city lots. Passed/no dissent.
•Discussed a go fund me page to turn old grocery store into new community center. Also discussed grants.
•Flooding on western side of town discussed. Tabled till December meeting.
•Discussed letters for unpaid sewer and garbage bills.
•December meeting will be December 8, 2020 at 7:00PM in the Gilby Church.
