UND 1, Western Michigan 0 -- Gavin Hain 3:40. Cole Smith beats out an icing call in the offensive zone. Western Michigan's Drew Worrad gets the puck along the wall, but Hain swipes it from him and rifles a wrist shot from the right circle that beats Bussi on the short side. It's Hain's first goal of the year not into an empty net. UND extends its unbeaten streak to an NCAA-best 12 games.

The Fighting Hawks are taking an NCAA-leading 11-game unbeaten streak into the weekend, but they have won just one of their last four in Lawson. Western Michigan is getting Drew Worrad and Josh Passolt back from injury, but Wade Allison, Ronnie Attard and Jason Polin are still out.
