Headline story: Fans attending the UND men's hockey game against Penn State in Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, who are age 12 or older, will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the game to be admitted.
Bridgestone Arena announced the policy — effective for all events at the venue — will go into place on Oct 2. It will stay in place through at least Nov. 15.
The U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game between UND and Penn State is scheduled for Oct. 30 in the home of the NHL's Nashville Predators.

Company to study Fargo's tax breaks for developers, businesses
Assistant City Administrator Mike Redlinger said the Maryland-based firm TischlerBise is an expert in analyzing tax breaks such as Fargo's Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District and Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) programs.
The two economic development programs, along with the Renaissance Zone program, are used frequently for new housing and commercial developments in the city as well as for companies looking to build or expand their facilities and add jobs.

Faculty, staff and students gathered Monday, Sept. 13, at the NDSU Memorial Union to tell a consulting firm and higher education leaders what a search committee should consider when hiring a replacement for University President Dean Bresciani. The State Board of Higher Education asked Bresciani to step down from the post by December 2022.

Inside, the 40-foot long mobile clinic has space for dentists and physicians to do exams, immunizations and procedures.
Fargo's first home fully restored after over 40 years of effort
Fargo's first home, complete with a few fairly fresh white oak logs from northern Minnesota, has been restored.
The more than 40-year effort to refurbish the home was marked with a celebration at its home in Bonanzaville on Monday, Sept. 13, with descendants of the family that lived in the home the longest — the Henry and Mary Hector family — on hand for the occasion after helping finance the project.
