On this episode of Plain Talk, Congressman Kelly Armstrong talks about the impeachment question and the realities of the trade war with China.

Armstrong says Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi may be holding back a vote on a new trade deal with Mexico and Canada because “she does not want to give the White House a win.” Such a deal, Armstrong says, would be beneficial not only for the nation’s economy but would also strengthen America’s negotiating position with China.

Also a loophole in last year’s Measure 1 means lobbyists can sit on the newly-created ethics commission, even though the measure sought to explicitly ban such a thing.
