The UND Allegro Choir and Varsity Bards will present their first concert of the year at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, at the Chester Fritz Auditorium.

The Goliards chamber ensembles will make a guest appearance.

A wide range of styles of music will be performed at this concert, according to Melanie Popejoy, who conducts the Allegro Choir.

One of the works, “Turn Around,” will feature Lisi Clarke, harp; Katelyn Cermak, flute; and UND music faculty member Michael Wittgraf, bassoon.

The Varsity Bards, conducted by Dean Jilek, will present a number of selections, including “Shenandoah,” “Do You Fear the Wind?” and “Varsity Songs of UND.”
