Country musician Chris Young is bringing his Raised on Country tour to the Alerus Center on Oct. 3.
The performance, which begins at 7 p.m., also will feature special guests, the Eli Young Band and Matt Sell.
Tickets, ranging from $35 to $65, are on sale at www.aleruscenter.com.
“Raised on Country” is the lead single from a new album, his eighth, which will be released later this year.
In the past 18 months, Young, a multiplatinum, Grammy-nominated country singer, has joined the membership of the Grand Ole Opry and has been nominated for the Academy of Country Music Male Vocalist of the Year award.
Young recently appeared before the largest audience of his career, with more than 21,500 in attendance at his headlining show in Philadelphia.
The RCA Records Nashville entertainer has received three Country Music Association nominations and four ACM nominations.
Young, who has scored 11 No. 1 singles on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart, has crossed the 2 billion on-demand streams mark for his music, including newly released songs, “Drowning” and “Town Ain’t Big Enough.”
