The awards were presented to student and adult artists in the council’s seven-county service region who participated in the exhibit. The region consists of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Roseau and Red Lake counties.
The arts council presented a total of $2,300 to the exhibit award-winners at the Northwest Minnesota Artist Reception, held at the Discovery Development Hub in Warroad.
