Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Friezen of Grand Forks, North Dakota are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kelsey Friezen, to Kyle Weber, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Weber of Bismarck, North Dakota.
Ms. Friezen, a graduate of Northland Community and Technical College, East Grand Forks is an Administrative Secretary at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Mr. Weber graduated from University of Mary in Bismarck. He co-owns Weber Clean in Fargo, North Dakota. A November wedding is planned.
