Kerwin and Lori Pankratz of Grand Forks, ND, and Samuel and Gaynell Shepley of Santaquin,UT are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Kelsey Joy Pankratz to Jacob Spencer Shepley.
Kelsey is a 2006 graduate of Red River High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Music Performance with a Religion Minor for a degree in Music Ministry at Concordia College, Moorhead MN, she plans to further her education in the area of Music Therapy in the fall.
Jacob is a 2004 graduate of Liahona Academy High School, Orem Utah and is currently attending Moorhead State University with a major in English and Mass Communications.
The couple will wed on Saturday, January 8, 2010 in Fargo, ND.
