Heidi Hamre and Matthew Beland announce their engagement. Their parents are Brent and Genevieve Hamre of Beltrami, MN and Paul and Rebecca Beland of Grand Forks, ND.
Heidi is employed by Altru as a certified medical assistant. Matthew is employed by UND as a police officer.
A June 26 wedding is planned at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in East Grand Forks. A reception, dinner, and dance will follow at the Alerus Center.
The couple will make their home in East Grand Forks.
