Downtown Grand Forks ice rink opens next week

The FCCU Downtown Ice Rink is located in Town Square in downtown Grand Forks.

The Downtown Development Association is set to open the downtown ice rink at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 22.

There will be ice skating and free hot cocoa, according to a news release. The FCCU Downtown Ice Rink is located in Town Square in downtown Grand Forks.

“The Downtown Ice Rink is an amazing place for people of all ages to enjoy downtown and the outdoors," Matt Bonzer, owner of Bonzer's Pub, said in the release. "It is a super fun way to get the family together, get active outside, and spend quality time with family and friends!”
