Santa stops by Kelly Elementary in Grand Forks

Santa Claus made an early stop in Grand Forks Friday, appearing at Kelly Elementary to visit with children there before the final day of school this calendar year. It's possible the appearance was aided by a deputy from the Grand Forks County Sheriff's Department. "It's kind of a fun way to go into Christmas break," said Bob Rost, a Grand Forks County Commission member who serves as a crossing guard at the school.
