NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE APPEALS FROM
THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Grand Forks Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 10:30 AM in person in room A102, to consider the appeals below. Members of the Grand Forks Board of Adjustments may be attending this meeting electronically or telephonically.
Keith & Cynthia Vanderlin, 426 8th Ave So., has made a request for variance to the impervious surface area & side yard setback requirements [Sections 18-0209 (7) & (9) of the Land Development Code] in order to pave an off-street parking spot. Legal Description: Rear 40' of Lots 19 & 20, Block 3 of Stone's Addition.
Eric & Kiersten Brutger, 587 Beacon Circle, has made a request for variance to the impervious surface area coverage requirements [Section 18-0208 (7) of the Land Development Code] in order pave additional build a shed. Legal Description: Lot L, Block 2, of the Country Estates Addition.
D. J. Burris, 812 S 14th St., has made a request for variance to the front & side yard setback requirements [Sections 18-0216 (8) & (9) of the Land Development Code] in order to construct a shop/storage building. Legal Description: Lots 2 & 4, Block 7 of Villard's Addition.
