Shake, Rattle and Roll, a group of musicians from Grand Forks, will perform from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 30, at the gazebo concert in Riverview Park, Roseau, Minn.
The three musicians have a vast background of musical experiences. Lee Barnum, lead guitarist and vocalist, has performed in Las Vegas casinos, Nevada showrooms and in Nashville. Dave Jeffrey, drummer and percussionist, has performed in Las Vegas and the Arizona and California areas. The manager of the group, Fred Seidl, is keyboardist and vocalist and has performed in Las Vegas, the West Coast area, Alaska and on cruise ships, as well as USO shows overseas. He has managed the group for the past 35 years.
The audience will be capped at 250, and Covid-19 guidelines of wearing masks and social distancing should be followed. People are also encouraged to drive their classic cars and wear 50s clothing.
The Roseau area ALS team will serve sloppy joes, and the Roseau Marketplace will run from 3 to 7 p.m. in the City Center parking lot.
