GRAND FORKS - The Alerus Center is continuing its season of giving and on Wednesday, Nov. 28, they focused on the furriest members of Grand Forks, the Circle of Friends Humane Society.
They're calling it the "Feed the Pets Drive."
All day, staff were stationed outside the Alerus Center collecting pet supplies. The Alerus Center tells WDAY News Circle of Friends is a great partner and they wanted to help them out.
Here's what they say are the big needs this season:
"The food and the treats are always what comes to mind first but some of those paper products, the bedding and things like that, that don't necessarily always come to the forefront of your mind definitely were on their list as well," Alerus Center events director Dan Ange said.

If you missed out on the drive-up collection Wednesday, the Alerus Center will still be accepting donations in their front office until Dec. 27.
