Ulteig, a multidiscipline engineering firm, has opened an office in the Center for Innovation, 4200 James Ray Drive in Grand Forks. The location is in addition to the company's offices in Bismarck; Fargo, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Denver; Minneapolis; Detroit Lakes, Minn.; and Sioux Falls, S.D.
Mike Corcoran, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems program manager, will manage remote sensing programs for the aviation industry, including Unmanned Aircraft System development, Federal Aviation Administration Next Generation airspace systems and airfield infrastructure support functions. He also will develop technology and implement flight applications that will deliver remotely piloted systems safely into military, civil and law enforcement mission areas.
