Brent Olmstead celebrates 5 years with the Public Works
Department. Olmstead is originally from Grand Forks, and
is a graduate of Central High. He is an equipment
operator with the sanitation division.
Kailee Dvorak has also worked for the city for the past 5

years. She is a Public Health Nurse specializing in
tobacco prevention. Originally from Alvarado, MN, Dvorak
is a graduate of the UND School of Nursing.
Roxanne Achman, an Avon, MN native, also marks 5
years with the City. Achman is a Senior Planner with the
Planning Department, and graduated from St. Cloud State
University.
Dean Anderson is a Senior Water Treatment Operator

with Public Works. He has also reached the 5 year mark
with the City of Grand Forks. Anderson is originally from
East Grand Forks and is a graduate of Senior High and
UMC.
Bob Jeffrey has worked for the City for the past 15 years.
He is currently a Fleet Maintenance Technician with Public
Works. An East Grand Forks native, Anderson graduated
from EGF Senior High.

Dean Stone is a Bus Driver with the Cities Area Transit. A
15 year veteran, Stone is originally from Langdon, ND.
Prior to working for the City, he was a bus driver for
Dietrich, Triangle and UND.
Wayne Tunseth celebrates 25 years with the City. He is a
Lead Water Treatment Plant Operator with Public Works.
Before joining the City, Tunseth worked for the City of
Harvey. He is a Mayville native and a graduate of Mayville
State University.
Doug Moen recently retired from the Grand Forks
Assessing Department, after 36 years on the job.
Originally from Grand Forks, Moen was a Senior Real
Estate Appraiser when he retired. Upon graduating from
UND in 1976, Moen has worked full-time for the City ever
since.
Amy Johs was recently hired as a Sales Associate at the
Alerus Center. Originally from Bismarck, ND, Johs
graduated from UND in 2012.
Dan Sertich has been hired as a Firefighter with the
Grand Forks Fire Department. Prior to joining the City,
Sertich was a firefighter in Bozeman, MT. He is originally
from Duluth, MN.
Tami Lazur is a new Real Estate Appraiser with the Grand
Forks Assessing Department. A native of Grand Forks,
Lazur previously worked for Anderson Appraisal in Grand
Forks, before joining the City.
