Tammy Burtness Named Chairman of CARH

Tammy Burtness, President of MetroPlains Management has been named Chairman of the National Education Committee for The Council of Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH). CARH is a national non-profit trade organization that serves as the nation's premier association for participants in the affordable rural housing profession. CARH represents views and concerns before Congress, officials at the Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development (RD), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and state housing finance agencies.
