Bill Galumbus, Customer Care Manager of Restaurant Technology Services, LLC (RTS) has announced that Tosha Witherite has been promoted to the position of Regional Team Lead. In her new position, Tosha will be responsible for leading a team of Technicians. She will be based out of the Grand Forks location. Tosha originally started with the company on the help desk in May of 2005. Tosha was on the help desk for 2 years before moving over to Workforce Management in May 2007. After leaving the company at the end of 2007, Tosha returned in November 2009 as a technician once again. In the 1 year since Tosha returned, she has trained in many new areas and was recently added to the Upgrade Team. Over the past couple of months Tosha has been involved in uptraining technicians, Rover and has been assigned to the Grand Forks Mentor program, mentoring our new technicians.
