Employees of Bank Forward and Insure Forward made donations of $2,000 to the American Red Cross to benefit victims of the Haiti earthquake.
GF schools, Strata nominated for Freedom Award
Grand Forks Public Schools and Strata Corp. are two of 18 North Dakota employers nominated for the 2010 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest recognition given by the U.S. government to employers for support of their employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve. Only members of the Guard and Reserve or their family members are eligible to nominate their employers for the award.
